Each Player is permitted to hold only one active p799 account at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. p799 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds across those accounts will be voided.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your p799 account, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p799 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party, and you must notify p799 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. p799 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
p799 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time, including but not limited to a copy of the Player's CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of the account and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
You may request closure of your p799 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements and any applicable withdrawal terms.
p799 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. All PKR transactions are processed at face value with no hidden currency conversion fees applied by p799.
The minimum deposit amount on p799 is Rs 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. p799 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges which are outside p799's control.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with p799's anti-money laundering obligations. p799 aims to process approved withdrawals within one to three business days. Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is pending or where a withdrawal triggers an enhanced due diligence review.
p799 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits on a per-transaction, daily, weekly, or monthly basis. These limits will be communicated to Players through the account settings section. Withdrawals of amounts that exceed standard thresholds may be subject to enhanced verification requirements before processing is approved.
p799 may request evidence of source of funds at any time, particularly in respect of large deposits or withdrawal requests. This is a regulatory compliance requirement. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in the delay or refusal of the relevant transaction and possible account review.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by p799 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the promotion details. Wagering on games with an RTP of 97% or above may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely from wagering requirement calculations.
p799 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using duplicate accounts, using bonus funds to place low-risk offsetting bets, exploiting technical errors to access bonuses that were not intended to be available, or any other behaviour that p799 determines to be an abuse of its promotional offerings. p799 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
Bonus funds and free bet credits are subject to expiry. The applicable expiry period will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Unused bonus funds that expire will be removed from your account balance without compensation.
All bets placed on p799 are final once confirmed. p799 does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have already been confirmed. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all bet selections, stake amounts, and bet types before confirming a wager.
p799 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or remove any betting market or odds at any time and without prior notice. In the event that a bet is placed on a market that is subsequently suspended due to a technical error or irregular activity, p799 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the applicable stakes.
A bet may be declared void where: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the market is suspended due to technical error; the bet was placed on incorrect odds due to a manifest error; or the event outcome is subject to a successful official protest or appeal. Void bets are refunded to the Player's account at the original stake amount.
In the event of a manifest pricing error — where odds are displayed at a level that is clearly inconsistent with market rates at the time of bet placement — p799 reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund stakes, regardless of the declared outcome of the event. p799 will apply this provision fairly and will not use it to avoid liability for legitimately priced bets.
p799 applies maximum payout limits on a per-event, per-market, and per-day basis. These limits are published in the sports betting rules section of the platform. Winnings calculated above the applicable maximum will be capped at the stated limit.
Each game available on p799 — whether a slot, live casino table, keno draw, or specialty game — is governed by its own rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable game rules before placing real-money wagers.
